i'm a nail-newbie. I had a nail emergency. I recently got tips/nails done for fun, but I've played sports my whole life so I don't get my nails done often and didn't know what I needed/the nail lingo. I called Serenity the day of, they got me in and helped me with what I needed (acrylics, dip power, gel) as well as, the color. Mid appt, I decided I wanted to try ombré since I never had played with my nails before lol. why not go all out??? They were super encouraging to help me pick our colors that fit and literally told me, "take your time!" -Super nice, accommodating, and overall great experience. Highly recommend. I will
